Update 2.1.4 is in the app store approval queue (it’s already out for Android). As a feature release it adds tabbed navigation and begins setting up the app framework for major future releases (logging and “the girls”).
Tabbed navigation groups movements into different families (Squats, Presses, Pulls, and Misc). In the future a “settings” page will allow you to hide the “All” tab if you don’t want to see it.
Based on user feedback, I also changed how the Android “back” button works (it no longer exits the app).
On the conditioning page you can now create a WOD by adding movements to it. Instead of scrolling back and forth between Back Squats and Deadlifts (for example), you can add those two movements to your WOD and see them at a glance with your weight recommendations.
In the future you’ll also be able to save and name these workouts.
